RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A wooden top gives it a warm, contemporary appearance, while a crystal-clear glass body ensures optimum visibility. The removable silicone base adds stability to the french press, helping to prevent tipping or sliding when adding hot water or while steeping.

This french press features a 20 oz. capacity, perfect for providing just the right amount of coffee for a single serving or tables of 2 at your restaurant.

To use, simply add coarse ground coffee or loose leaf tea to the bottom of the unit, add hot water, then stir with a wooden utensil, and let steep for 3-4 minutes. Slowly press down the plunger and serve. The innovative design captures the concentrated flavors while washing away the coffee's natural oils, leaving no residue in the pitcher.
